Yesterday, our U18s Redbulls team played their final match for the club.

We are proud to say they have beaten some quality teams along the way, teams who historically were impossible to match
Paul Richardson

The Redbulls last game yesterday, was against Juno United, the game ended 3-3 in a typical performance by the lads after last week had seen them beat Glossop 6-4 who had been unbeaten all season at that point.

The team have shown over many years, that the lads who have worn the Redbulls shirt play with spirit, fairness and a determination an have learnt to work for each other.
Just four years ago, the team was in Division 4 they have stuck together and have grown stronger year on year and gaining promotions to get to the top division. During this time, all the players in the squad have been rotated regularly to generate self-belief and play with confidence week in, week out.

The team’s coaches, Paul and Alan are proud to say they have beaten some quality teams along the way, teams who historically were impossible to match. This shows the progression they have made, and Division 1 hasn’t overawed anybody. The lads have enjoyed going toe to toe with the best teams in the Stockport area. Most of the other team’s managers have nothing but high praise for our team.

The club would like to say a big Thank You to Paul and Alan for all their hard work and time given to the team and to the club over the years. Special thank you also to all the players and parents for playing and being part of our community, you all should be proud of what you have achieved. We do hope you enjoy your celebrations on the 19th May.
